Step 1: Create a new website from a template

Select File -> Create a Website From Template from the top menu.

 

Select Template 5. Enter the name of the Website. Let's call it Tutorial Website. Select a directory to store this website on your hard disk. Click OK to create a new website. The default index page will be opened after the website is created.
